SPECIAL BOARD MEETING    DECEMBER 21, 2010
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with all members present as well as 4 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on December 20, 2010. Motion to approve the agenda by Uecke.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  The Pledge of Allegiance is said.

Motion to go into closed session per WI SS 19.85(1)(b) by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.  Time is 6:01 p.m.

Re-convened from closed session at 7:16 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Wirth.  Seconded by Uecke.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:17 p.m.
