TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD MEETING    FEBRUARY 8, 2011
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with all members present as well as 6 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on February 5, 2011. Motion to approve the agenda by Wirth.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  The Pledge of Allegiance is said.

Treasurer’s Report was given by Kauzlaric with bank statements available for review.  Motion to accept it by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Town Board meeting held January 11, 2011 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.

Budget Amendments – none at this time

Disbursements were available for all to review; check #19220 to and including #19272 for $106,957.22, which includes auto withdrawal of Federal payroll taxes, state withholding taxes and loan processing fee; also late checks #19273 to and including #19276 for $768,530.27 for a total disbursement of $875,487.49.  Motion to approve disbursements by Wirth.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Ambulance Report – Meeting Thursday, February 10th.  No motions are entertained.

Fire Department Report was given by Asst Chief Wirth – 2 meetings.  No motions are entertained.

Humane Officer Report is given by Rzepka, with 8 calls researched.  No motions are entertained.

Cemetery Report – no report this month.  No motions are entertained.

Planning Commission Report
– Results ATV Application – Kingsbury: Clerk Kauzlaric gave results-32 surveys sent; 28 received back- 24 Yes and 4 No; Chairman Hull discussed possibility of private land between road right of way and trail right of way; Clerk Kauzlaric discussed information received from Register of Deeds regarding deed from 1959; issue is tabled until land ownership can be verified; letter to be sent to James Kingsbury to inform him that possible need for survey to prove if there is private land between road and trail access; survey would not be at Town’s expense.

Communication File is reviewed and list is signed.

Resolution #02-2011 Addendum C to Mutual Aid Box Alarm System Agreement – Resolution is reviewed by Town Board; motion made to adopt the Resolution #02-2011by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.

Fire Department Standard Operating Procedures – did not receive information from Chief Wirth; tabled until information is received.

Gillett Joint Municipal Court Meeting Information – Chairman Hull discussed information discussed at meeting held in Gillett in January on progress of Joint Municipal Court.

Town employee job descriptions discussion – description for Road Crew and Recycle Center Attendant available for review; information received for Cemetery, Parks, Community Center, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer; need information for Fire Department Chief.  Tabled until next month.

Hearing of the People – question of mileage for road crew employee
