BOARD OF REVIEW JUNE 22, 2016
MINUTES

The 2016 Board of Review was reconvened at 6:00 p.m. June 22, 2016 at the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47 from May 10, 2016 by Chairman Hull. Roll call taken with Chairman Hull, Sup. Ustianowski, Clerk Kauzlaric, Alternate Member Floyd Schmidt and Assessor Baker present and 0 in attendance; Sup. School absent. Assessor Baker has signed the affidavit in the tax roll. Verification is given of notice to postings on June 8th and publishing on June 13 and 20, 2016 in the Lakes County Beacon and June 15 and 22, 2015 in the Oconto County Reporter. The Board of Review Member Training Affidavit is for Sup. Ustianowski on April 30, 2015 and Clerk Kauzlaric on May 1, 2015. Open Book was held on June 15, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. with 3 person attending and the tax roll was officially received. No objection forms have been filed with the Clerk.

Assessor Baker presents Annual Assessor’s Report along with software update for Town computer; Annual Report reviewed; Assessor Baker discussed WI DOR status change of percentage of Forest Land to 10%.

The Board of Review reviews the tax roll. No appearance is made during the 2 hour session.

Motion to adjourn by Ustianowski. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried. Time is 8:00 p.m.
