TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD OF REVIEW MAY 12, 2015
MINUTES
The 2015 Board of Review was convened at 7:48 p.m. in the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47. Roll call taken with all Mountain Town Board members present as well as Assessor Baker and 0 in attendance.
Verification of notice is done by Chairman Hull with posting done on May 11th.
Motion to appoint Jerry Hull as Chairman of Board of Review by Ustianowski. Seconded by Lauterborn. Motion carried.
It is noted by Chairman Hull that Board of Review Training Affidavit was certified for Sup. Ustianowski as of April 30, 2015 and Clerk Kauzlaric as of May 1, 2015.
Assessor Baker stated that tax roll is not complete at this time.
Open Book is determined to be held on Wednesday, June 17th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Board of Review will be reconvened on Tuesday, June 23rd with appointments from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Motion to adjourn by Lauterborn. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried. Time is 7:52 p.m.
