TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION    AUGUST 2, 2011

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bollenbach at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Herman and Bollenbach present as well as 2 in attendance.  Litscher and Lauterborn absent.  The agenda was posted on July 29, 2011. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman.  Seconded by Bollenbach.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting July 5, 2011 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Hull.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion carried.

Conditional Use Permit Application-Morgan – Tom Morgan available to explain project; provided CSM of land and where he would like to build new garage/shop.  Town Chairman Hull questioned Conditional Use Permit instead of Rezone application for Commercial zoning.  Tom Morgan stated he spoke with Oconto County and they suggested Conditional Use Permit.  Motion to approve Conditional Use Permit application by Bollenbach.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion Carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.
