TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   JANUARY 2, 2013

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Lauterborn, Maletzke and Herman present as well as 6 in attendance. The agenda was posted on December 31, 2012. Motion to approve the Agenda by Lauterborn. Seconded by Litscher. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting December 4, 2012 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Lauterborn. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Recreational Town Road Usage Application-Berken – Application and Route reviewed by Planning Commission Members; public comments regarding opening of all Town Roads, as several surrounding Towns have done; Planning Commission members discussed past attempt to open roads; discussion regarding surrounding Towns have opened roads recently; Planning Commission members asked Clerk Kauzlaric to contact other Towns to inquire how they opened all Town roads. Tabled for further information.
