TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION   JUNE 6, 2013

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Grandaw-Ustianowski, and Herman present as well as 0 in attendance; Maletzke absent. The agenda was posted on June 5, 2013. Motion to approve the Agenda by Litscher. Seconded by Grandaw-Ustianowski. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting June 4, 2013 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Herman. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Conditional Use Application – Kauzlaric – Lynn Kauzlaric available to answer questions; members asked about set hours for service and possible conditions on time of day to operate; discussed that home owner’s are allowed to run motors/mow lawns at all hours of day. Motion to approve Conditional Use Permit by Litscher. Seconded by Herman. Motion carried.
