TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION April 5, 2010
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bollenbach at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Kuschel, Lauterborn, Herrman and Bollenbach present as well as 1 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on April 3, 2010. Motion to amend the agenda to remove Item #6 Member re-appointment Kuschel because does not expire until 2011 by Bollenbach.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.   Motion to approve the Amended Agenda by Hull.  Seconded by Bollenbach.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting February 2, 2010 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Kuschel.  Seconded by Herrman.  Motion carried.

Property Special consideration-Jeanquart – Mr. Jeanquart available to discuss possible variance to build on lot less than ½ acre; members discussed county ordinance is ½ acre minimum and Town of Mountain is 1 acre; suggestion for Mr. Jeanquart to discuss variance with Oconto County prior to Town decision.  Motion to table until taken to county by Kuschel.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Member Re-appointment-Bollenbach – Bollenbach removed himself and turned over to Hull.  Motion to reappoint Bollenbach by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Herrman.  Motion carried.  Bollenbach recluse.

Motion to adjourn by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Kuschel.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:15 p.m.
